Headed with armorial bearings, and bearing ms. signatures of the Master, two Governors, six Examiners and the enrolling Secretary. The Court of Examiners has examined Harrison, finding him "fit and capable to exercise the Art and Science of Surgery". College's embossed paper seal attached.
