Control unit for continuous fermentation equipment, designed and used at the Microbiological Research Establishment, Porton Down, early 1960s. Unit consists of blue cabinet with a grey front containing dials and measuring equipment for monitoring and controlling the fermentation process. At the back a door opens to allow access to internal equipment, and multiple tubes attached to a cube protrude from two round holes at the top Control unit 1960-1969
