Three photographs taken by Mike Freeman on the occasion of the first privatised train, the 5.10 Twickenham to Waterloo, 4 Feb. 1996. The photographs are a signed photograph of Transport Minister George Young, the guard being interviewed, and a passenger with a bicycle. The three tickets are two standard APTIS tickets and a commemorative Edmondson-style ticket. Also in the frame is a letter from George Young sending the signed photo of himself in 2008.
