Paint sample, paint on metal with paper label affixed, B.R. Rail Blue, issued by the I.C.I. Ltd. Paints Division, Slough, 13 Oct. 1964. Label notes reference number, standard number (ST 12404). Date and origin have not been filled in - assumed this is BR rail blue from the Corporate Identity programme in 1968. In 'ICI Colour Standard' envelope, marked in pencil 'Return to British Rail.'
