Steam condensate valve, trap for steam condensate. Egg shaped, cast iron (or steel), mounted on single stalk, one pipe coming out of bottom, one near the top. Can be split horizontally in middle, operating levels with rolling weight at one side presumably float inside which rises with condensate and opens steam valve to blow condensate out.
