Watch winding key, for miniature gold lever pocket watch, 9 mm diameter, with engine-turned back and enamel dial, by Piguet et Meylan, Geneva, Switzerland, 1835-1845. The watch and key were owned by Her Majesty Queen Mary, wife of King George VI.
