The directions state; 'One dissolved in 10 minims of sterilised water makes a 10 per cent solution; or dissolved 20 minims, a 5 per cent solution; for producing local anaesthesia'. The preparation is labelled a poison under the Poisons and Pharmacy Act, 1908.
