Gelatin silver print entitled 'Charlotte de Rothschild Dwellings. Tenements built to rehouse emigre Jews from the Russian pogroms of the late 19th Century. Now decaying and inadequate (no bathrooms, etc) and inhabited (in many cases) by Pakistani families escaping poverty. The undercurrent communities inhabiting the worst parts of the World's cities.
