These objects were collected by James Day over the 30+ years he has worked on outside broadcasts at the BBC. 11 BBC logo stickers (unused) of various descriptions, circa 1990, all different types and styles. These stickers are the same as those used to label BBC TV, film cameras, flight cases, and other equipment. 5 Formula 1 driver/car directory cards illustrating cars and helmets with drivers’ names. Camera operators need to know which drivers are in which cars – challenging considering the early colour cameras were equipped with black and white electronic viewfinders.
