Caption on back reads: Dr Josef Zucha of Bratislava has discovered what may prove to be a successful treatment for epilepsy. The afflicted part of the brain is "burned out" with electric current and its removal is not necessary. Photo shows an operation for epilepsy in progress - the stereo apparatus enables the surgeon to find the afflicted area with an accuracy of within one millimetre. Then the afflicted part is "burned out" with electricity.
