A photograph of the Cheltenham Torso Murder Mystery, taken by an agency photographer in February 1938 for the Daily Herald. The photograph shows Mr Price pointing to the spot on Haw Bridge where he found bloodstains. On 3 February 1938, Mr H C Price found bloodstains, and three salmon fishermen discovered a human torso in the River Severn, near Haw Bridge, Tewkesbury.
