Guillotine with falling blade, worked by gearing and turned by hand wheel. Horizontal table on which paper rests, that is about 15inches wide. Vertical frame and stand which conveys gears and operating linkage from under the table to blade on top. Blade descends almost parallel to ground. Manufactured by Furnival of Reddish Paper Guillotine
