Engineering Report No. 101/65/9 by H. Kennedy and H.A. Kirby of the Large Steam Turbine Engineering Dept, Associated Electrical Industries Limited - Turbine Generator Division, following a visit to G.E. (Schenectady and Lynn) and Generating Stations. The visit was to obtain information relating to several aspects of large turbine design, and to discuss the organisation and functions of the drawing office. To see examples of recent G.E. turbines in operation, and to discuss their performances with station staff.
