A small number of photographs amongst which are some of the F2 engine developed and built by Metropolitan-Vickers. Photographs of the other uses for the gas turbine engines include a gas turbine for the Admiralty, development of gas turbines for the National Grid and the first locomotive gas turbine for British Railways.
