A letter from William Coombs, General Secretary for The Navigator and Engineering Officers Union (London) to Captain Mallory (Southampton)

The letter is congratulating Captain Mallory for his work at Dunkirk, with reference to the rescue of survivors from HMS Grafton and HMS Wakefield. Also reports the fact that his actions have been draw to the attention of higher authority.
