Concerning the Sandyford murder case.

The Sandyford murder case involved the brutal murder of Jessie McPherson, a servant at 17 Sandyford Place in Glasgow. It was the first Scottish case to use forensic photography and the first case to be handled by the Glasgow Police Detective Branch. McPherson's friend Jessie McLachlan was tried for the crime and sentenced to life imprisonment.
