A circular letter from Charles L Norton, Frank Meyer and John A Wallinger, the shareholders' subcommittee entitled Marconi's Wireless Telegraph Company Limited: Statement by Shareholders' Subcommittee on Directors Report and Circular. It criticises the conduct pf the directors and the financial handling of the company, especially the lack of a profit and loss account for 1925 and the rejection of the Garnsey Report. It also calls for shareholders to sign over their proxy to the committee or attend the meeting on 15th March.
