[Copy letter] Portsmouth Yard [to] E Gandy/S Goodrich, [returning Plymouth Officers' reports of 1819 Feb 6 and Feb 13 on Williams's copper on the bottom of Pandora. He asks for their report on copper on Phoebe. He assumes Williams's copper was tried against C P Grenfell's. He adds that the Portsmouth Officers' report found Mushett and Vivian's experimental copper on the bottom of the Maidstone to be inferior to copper remanufactured at the Metal Mills]
