The powdered root ‘Kushta Qal'al’ is prescribed by Unani Tibb practitioners to combat sexual disorders. These include premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction. Unani Tibb is an Islamic medical tradition. It is based on ancient Greek principles. It focuses on balance in the body. It is found mostly in Bangladesh, India, Pakistan and the Middle East. This remedy was imported into the United Kingdom from India during the 1970s.
