

























Medicine chest, large, leather covered, contains 71 bottles, some with labels, 78 pewter boxes, and 17 other pieces, probably made for Vincenzo Giustiniani, Genoese Governor of between 1562 and 1566
Some of the bottles still appear to have their 16th-century contents, including compounds such as rhubarb powder, juniper water and mustard oil.
