Painting, oil on board, Railway collecting dog Tim, by L. Magill, 1900. Head on portrait of a terrier type dog, which wears a leather studded collar with a red, white and blue cloth beneath. Suspended from the collar is a red collecting box, with a brass slot and the name "Tim". Signed and dated by the artist at bottom right. Rectangular engraved caption attached to the top of the painting reads "447. Portrait of Tim who, between 1892 and 1902, collected at Paddington Station upwards of £800 for the Great Western Railway Widows and Orphans Fund. Presented by Mr C. Bush, 1930." Unframed.
