Title page bears key to 'Land belonging to Company', 'Mines and Minerals belonging to Company' and 'Land Sold'. Second page, headed 'Title of Acts', lists 13 related Acts of Parliament from 1826 (Liverpool and Manchester Railway Act) to 1865. Followed by 33 pages: 1-15 (1 being Edge Hill Station); Earlestown Works; 16-31; Victoria Station. Each sheet bears 'A. Selby Surveyor Leigh 1864'. Scale 1":88'. Lithographed, hand-coloured, with manuscript additions. These additions indicate land and property bought, sold, leased and rented c.1828 to 1891.
