Large plain hand loom
Mechanical components relating to a plain hand loom for weaving coarse coconut matting.
Components include: One wooden reel with metal cogwheel at one end and white string wrapped around the centre pole. One wooden reel with metal cogwheel at one end. Metal bar attached with rope through the centre pole. One grooved wooden beam with rounded edges to top side with tenon joint style ends. Numbers marked in white at opposite ends. One wooden beam with rounded edges on top side. Two wooden beams with rectangular blocks attached at one end. Metal plates attached at other end with hole though. 'A' and 'B' marked in black at hole end of either beam. Two wooden beams with lap joint ends and drilled holes. Numbers marked in white at opposite ends of both. One wooden beam with two pully wheels attached. One Wooden beam with metal and wood attachment in centre. 'A' and 'B' marked in black near centre attachment.
