The tangent screw and clamping screw are on the back of the index arm. No shades. Index-glass adjustment by capped screw; adjustment of the horizon glass by a capped screw and a square-headed screw and a detached key. Magnifier on a 30 mm swivelling arm. Threaded telescope bracket without adjustment. Telescope (82 mm, large objective) erect image. Screw-on diaphragm for the telescope; adjusting key; a metal cap from another instrument. One unidentified part is missing. Square fitted mahogany box, painted on the outside: Admiralty H.O. [broad anchor] 104. An inlaid (brass) plate is missing from the lid.
