Black and white photographic print. Portrait of Dorothy Smith seated in front of her typewriter. Dorothy was secretary to Dr F.C. Johansen, Deputy Scientific Research Manager and Chief Engineering Research Officer, at BR (London Midland Region) Research Laboratories, Derby. She later married Peter Dunn, who was also a member of staff at the Research Laboratories.
