The Nikon F 35mm SLR was introduced with a wide range of lenses and accessories, with new items continuously added to the range, which included an electrical motor drive, flash units, viewfinders, a Polaroid back, focusing screens, close-up and scientific attachments and remote controls. The Nikon F quickly became Nikon’s best selling camera, and contributed to the rise in popularity of SLR cameras.
