Brownie 500 model A5 8mm cine projector, made by the Eastman Kodak Company in the United States, late 1950s.

The Brownie 500 was designed for home use, and was intended to be simple to use. A single control allowed the user to forward projection, show stills, reverse action and power rewind, without moving belts or reels. The 400 foot reel capacity meant a 30 minute movie could be shown.
