Celestion C10 Loudspeaker, 1927-1928. Oak cabinet. Flower pattern on the grill fret design. Acquired by the BBC from The Broadcast Museum c. 2000. A 1928 advert In the 1928 Annual and Logbook of the Incorporated RSGB (Radio Society of Great Britain) claimed the Celestion C10 speaker uses a new patented reinforced diaphragm. Result of this construction would be that "every note in the register of the piano and the organ is emitted with realistic precision".
