80x93mm Red Morocco leather book-type case with ornate clasp. Tooled leather front and back. Lined with plain red plush. Rectangular gilt mat with rounded corners and 'cross and flower' pattern. Patterned pinchbeck frame. 54x60mm three quarter portrait of young woman seated, full face. Lace on dress collar and sleeves. Gilt locket. Lacquer paper and back.
