105x120mm red Morocco leather case with tooled design on front. Two latches. Stamped on back with 'Ross & Thomson, Photographers to the Queen, Edinburgh.' Lined inside with plain dark red plush. Edged with gold leaf. Plain oval gilt mat, no frameund inside box read. 70x100mm half portrait of three women (mother and two daughters?). All three wearing bonnets, and dark dresses. Fully tinted.
