110x140mm Book-type Morocco leather case edged top and bottom in gold leaf. Two ornate clasps. Lined with plain red plush. Inside edged with gold leaf. Plain oval gilt mat. Patterend pinchbeck frame. Lacquer and paper back.80x105mm three quarter portrait of young woman seated with arm resting on table. Vase of flowers on table. Fully tinted with gilt on brooch, bracelet and rings.
