170x220mm leaf patterned pinchbeck frame with heavy ornate oval gilt mat. 135x185mm full length ferrotype portrait of middle aged lady seated in carved chair with arm resting on table. Mrs Carrick Great Great Grandmother of donor. Has been heavily over painted.
