Watch by George Graham, London, Silver pair case hallmarked 1744. Inner case stamped with a star, the case maker's mark IW and 6177. White enamel dial, with steel beetle and poker hands. Movement with cylinder escapement with diamond endstone. Signed ‘Geo. Graham London 6177’. Dust cap, also signed Geo Graham London. The number 6177 is also scratched into the dust cap. Originally formed part of the Hurle Bath collection, later presented to the Worshipful Company of Clockmakers by Mrs. R.E. Whiteing. Clockmakers' Museum No. 1196
