35mm film reel and 16 mm film reels for 'Never Stop Railway'
Film titled 'Never Stop Railway' filmed by or for William Yorath Lewis in 1923 at Southend-on-sea, showing Yorath Lewis invention the Never Stop Railway. On a label on one of the film canisters the film is descibed as of 'the new spirally driven continuous varying speed railway trains in future tubes in London". The film is in black and white, silent (no soundtrack). There is a 35mm nitrate positive film reel, as well as duplicate reductions on acetate film: one 16mm negative film reel and two 16 mm positive film reels.
