Caption on verso reads: Turin, Italy: A part of the moon surface visible on television screen at Bert Tower Radio Space Centre, where Italian scientists Achille and Giovanbattista Judica-Cordiglia monitored signals from Lunik IV. It was the first timethe Lunik signals were TV-monitored.
