One magnetic reel-to-reel 1/4" audio tape, copy of Industrial Welfare Society's 'The Telephone Operator'. This copy is thought to have been used by British Railways Board as audio training material for their staff in the 1970s-1980s. A different title, 'The Receptionist', is written on the reel.
