One magnetic reel-to-reel 1/4" audio tape, Sir William Stanier FRS, interviewed by Mr I. MacNichol, recorded at the interviewee’s home (‘Newburn’, Rickmansworth), in April-May 1965. A note on the case states that ‘At time of recording, Stanier was suffering the after effect of a stroke, his speech is very heavily slurred’.
