Daily Herald Diagram: Sea City

One diagram titled 'A look at the city of the future' shows the outer wall of 'Sea City', a development planned for 30,000 people in the North Sea, 15 miles off the coast of Norfolk. There is a press release, issued by Pilkington Glass Age Development Committee, attached to the back of the photograph, which describes the diagram as showing how the outer wall, made up of concrete cells joined together at the corners, will rest on a base 30 ft above sea level at its highest point.
