Caption on back reads: 'Announced to be held at Trafalgar Square it was banned by the police because of the regulations affecting meetings within a certain area of the houses of parliament. It was later held at Hyde Park. OPS. Thomas Wicks, E. Burnet, Both of Lambeth, and Mr. w. Caley, three of the pensioners'.
