Rectangular label, probably exhibited with the Hospital Model for King Edward's Hospital Fund. Label printed in pink and blue ink, with handwritten comment in black ink on the bottom. The label reads as follows: "TO WORK THE LIFT Drop a Coin in the Box & Press Button" Handwritten note reads: "Please take life either up or down once only. Please do not use as toy."
