Screw vertical and horizontal swing back; bellows damaged; focusing screen back modified by addition of latter sprung back. On three-legged studio stand with castors; screw and rack elevation, screw tilting.

12 x 10" plate camera. Manufactured by London Stereoscopic Co., 106-108 Regent Street, London W. Folding mahogany camera for 12 x 10 plates 5 1/4 inch square aperture for lens panel (no lens). Sliding, rising front, rack and pinion focusing, double extensions. Swing out focusing screen on removable back, spare 10 x 12 inch back with hinged focusing screen (glass missing).

Bronze plaque on front of camera inscribed 'CORNEL / LUICAS /1946'.

Sharp-soft focus lens adjustment. Rack rising front; rack focusing on front and back; screw adjustment of front extension bed. Vertical swing back, rack adjusted horizonatal swing back. Fitted with Kodak pattern spring back (not original) for 1/1 plates, with spare Kodak pattern spring back for 1/2 plates.

'Forward' studio camera manufactured by O Sichel & Co, London, about 1900. Bone manufacturer's plate above lens reads 'The 'Forward' / O Sichel & Co / 62, Bunhill Row... / London'. Fitted to wheeled tripod base (see 1966-334/1).

Adams Studio Minex camera, 1937. For 1/1 plates; Goerz Dogmar lens F:300 f/5.5 No 389706. Side reflex focusing via internal mirror; cloth hood missing. Focal plane shutter; rack focusing and vertical swing on front; rising front Kodak type sprung reversible back. Bought for £85 in 1937 by Lord Brabazon of Tara, Kodak Director (died 1964). Overall: 524 mm x 380 mm x 490 mm.
