A paper on the difficulty to provide high flow rates from the main oxygen regulator for pressure suit inflation and the suggested use of supplementary inflation devices with basic design requirements discussed. Concludes that a small auxilliary bottle with a pressure controller is best solution for current aircraft but a modified emergency inflation set preferrable in the future.
