Box is comprised of: 1 x wooden box of lantern slides of x-rays and broken slides; 1 x box of lantern slides containing black and white images of Japan, with post-it note stuck on the box 'Miss D. Winterbottom; 1 x wooden box of lantern slides with printed stamp 'Ilford Limited Technical Service' containing black and white lantern slides depicting photographic and engineering processes and people at work; 1 x wooden Collection of lantern slides depicting the T. Illingworth factory and people at work developing photographs, making paper, preparing chemical mixes and loading rail cars.

J . Manderson c. early 1900s; 4 x cut film plate holders; 1 x wooden lantern slide holder for two lantern slides; 1 x wooden case for lantern slides depciting English landmarks and towns with typed descriptions pasted to sides; 1 x wooden case for lantern slides depcting travel scenes in Middle East

Collection of 1 x box of broken lantern slides; 2 x bundles of blank lantern slides; 38 x bundes of a selection of lantern slides, including series of slides with labels from different organisations: J. W. B , 3 Ludgate Circus Blgs, EC; W.M.S.S.U. 3 Ludgate Circus Blgns, E.c; U.K.B.H.U, G.W.W, MOTTOES and Newton & Co (Makers) 3 Fleet Street London. Slides incorporate coloured slides depicting military battles, black and white posed domestic scenes with labels 'From life models copyright',posed scenes depicting moral tales circa 1890s-1910, scenes of schoolchildren circa early 1900s, countryside scenes and blank slides. Bundles includes slides labelled 'England my England' depciting scenes from throughout England's history produced by J.W.B, 3 Ludgate Circus; set of slides depciting interior and exterior of Chatsworth house and photographs of English landscapes and buildings produced by G.W.W Trademark; series of slides depicting biblical scenes produced by U.K.B.H.U; series of slides depciting polar expedition Nansen's 'Farthest North' produced by Newton & Co. Slides which have labels of may be lantern slide makers or may be names of organisations that gave lectures using these slides.

Boxes comprised: 1 wooden Collection of black and white lantern slides depicting views of Raven, Broadstairs; 1 leather covered wooden Collection of colour and black and white lantern slides depicting the story of the death of Jesus, includes a handwritten listing of each slide and the event it portrays, images have labels reading "copyright from Tissot's original picture; 1x wooden Collection of black and white lantern slides depicting views of various European countries, including Austria, Hungary, Croatia, as well as scenes relating to their history and culture; 1x wooden Collection of black and white lantern slides depicting views from areas around the UK, the slides have been separated into bundles with each bundle depicting a specific location, eg.
