Daguerreotype In Red Morocco Case
60x75mm red Morocco leather case with single latch. Crimson plush lining with fuchsia flower motif. Rectangular gilt mat with rounded top. No frame. (Rebound 12 June 1936). 45x55mm daguerreotype half portrait of lady full face, sitting at a table. Vase of flowers on table. Picture completely tinted various colours. Miniature dated 1852. Also enclosed. Painting of same lady in miniature on ivory by Henry Tilbury.
