60x70mm red Morocco leather case with single latch. Plain red plush lining with gold leaf around inside edge. Rectangular mat with domed top. No frame. 40x55mm daguerreotype half length portrait three quarter face of lady. Tinted with gilt necklace. Badly tarnished.
