80x93mm red leather case with 'A Spray of Roses' desing front and back. Single latch. Plain rectangular gilt mat with rounded corners. Plain pinchbeck frame. 55x70mm daguerreotype half portrait of middle aged lady seated full face. Wearing fringed shawl and holding oval framed photograph. Tinting on edge of shawl.
