95x120mm red Morocco leather case embossed with flower design. Two latches. Lined with crimson plush with maple leaf motif in middle. Gold leaf design around edges. Rectangular gilt mat with rounded top. 65x90mm daguerreotype three quarter length portrait of elderly gentleman seated clasping book. Face and shirt tinted. Tarnished quite badly around edges.
