John Arnott-Brown filmed the railways in the United Kingdom, mostly steam, between 1960 and 1982. A few films include footage of railways abroad, especially Europe (e.g. Portugal, Spain). The collection includes 5 larger 400 feet reels of edited footage, whilst the rest of the collection is made of small 50 feet reels of unedited footage.
