Original 8mm colour footage, silent, filmed around 1960-1964 in England. 25 feet reel. Footage likely features the following steam locomotives, 34066 Spitfire, 35003 Royal Mail up A.L.E, 34060 25 Squadron Plymouth-Waterloo; 35019 down ALE; 34090 Waterloo-Padstoe; 34107 Blandford F?; 4250-6-0T type 25p built 1922 by Haar Jemstit.
This film is part of a collection of 150 8mm films made by John Arnott-Brown, railway enthusiast and amateur filmmaker. John Arnott-Brown filmed the railways in the United Kingdom, mostly steam, between 1960 and 1982. A few films include footage of railways abroad, especially Europe (e.g. Portugal, Spain).
