A typed copy of an agreement between the London, Brighton and South Coast Railway (LB&SCR)and the Pullman Company Limited dated 1st May 1895. This replaced the agreement of 16th May 1887 and requires the Pullman Company to update the car currently in use on the LB&SCR.
